Serenity Management is a black owned & women owned Property Management company based in Washington, DC.
Our mission is to redefine the property management industry.
I began my journey in this field working at a few of the large widely known management companies and realized that I didn’t have a seat at the table.
I was told to keep my head down and follow their standards which I knew made no sense for the low income communities we served.
So I created my own table!
An inclusive table with seats in leadership roles for black women.
Not only does Serenity Management identify with our community, we give back to the people who need it through charitable events.
This is only the beginning for us!
